In July 2026, MARCHER Factory continued to upgrade its manufacturing capabilities through advanced equipment investment and process optimization.

• New Tire Vulcanizers

Multiple new tire vulcanizers, including 120T, 150T and 500T models, have been installed to expand production capacity and improve manufacturing flexibility. Additional 900T and 300T vulcanizers are planned to be put into operation in the coming months.

• Bead ID Measurement System

A new Bead ID Measurement System has been introduced to improve measurement accuracy and strengthen quality control during the tire manufacturing process.

• Nitrogen System Upgrade

The upgraded nitrogen supply system enhances curing stability, improves production efficiency, and ensures consistent quality, especially for large-size tires.
